What could be the signs to know it's the right time to switch your job?

when you feel you cannot give more to this company that is the time to move and give this to whom he can give the beast

When you feel, Lack of recognition from top management, No enthusiasm, lack of authority (in fact, your authority has been slashed), been cornered, it is the right time to resign.

When u feel u r not enjoying anymore When u stop learning When changing wind gets over u..
and u r staystill changeless in all or any field, promotion, living cost, pay, job rotation, growing and trust which is last but not least at all

There are no more thing that you can learn and feel comfortable.
This time you should switch your job for better life and career.

When you start "Day Dreaming" at your work place and in your working hours(thats the sound of the bell)?????

1.   When you find yourself bored with the work and looking for more challenges. If you are an excellent employee and  didn't want your unhappiness to have any impact on the job you do for your employer

2.   When There isn't room for growth with the current employer 

3.  If looking for a bigger challenge and to grow your career and  couldn't job hunt part time while working. It didn't seem ethical to use the employer's time.

Mainly when no more challenge and growth, its time to change

When the urge to be in office dies and it gets a burden to get out of the bed to go to work, then call it quits since the motivation is died and when you feel that you do not forsee a future growth or that there is not much you can contribute being in the same position with same enviornment then you should quit.

When I reach a point, that my business with no more with pleasure & happiness.

1. don't say that i'm leaving beacause of the low salary or any thing negative regarding your present work.

2. you are searching for a new challange and its a move on in my career development.
