Has it improved CI by making it easier for individuals to connect, or has the movement away from personal interaction made Continuous Improvement more difficult to implement and sustain?
Well I feel that it has created a provision for wider gaps in communication, by slowing the process down. However it has enforced more professionalism and made approach of a lower entity to a higher entity easier.
