Blue screens can be caused with more than one problem so to solve it depends with the problem. personally i have encountered this scenario ranging from memory faulty, effect of virus or corruption of operating system (system files)
I have experiance this problem many times, Blue Screen or (Death Blue Screen) have more than one possible cause, you need to write down the Error Number in the report displayed to you after the crash, then search this error number in the net to figure out what cause the Blue Screen.
