The mst common problem in teaching are numerous but some are1. Education system are not technical
2. Teacher are not bonafied 3. Higher education system are not research oriented4. Topic are absobed by student not understanding
Lack of new knowledge.
Loss of your audience due to lack of interest, boredum, disconnect between the topic and reality !
From my point of view the first problem now a days are the discipline.very where in the world the one common question how to control the class.
second one the electronic media. where children are smarter than teachers.technology is changing very fast so it is difficult to update with that speed for the teachers who are always overloaded.
third complex syllabus so many things are added to the syllabus so teachers are hardly getting time to concentrate over the main teaching contents similarly thing happen with students also they are getting time to focus on the main contents.
lastly parents and management are not ready to digest the failure of the students.they put the whole blam on teachers head.
