I believe that there are characteristics of a successful instructor the same way there are characteristics that makes a great leader, Doctor, Accountant, sportsman and businessman. Characteristics which stand out most are the characteristics which reflect Excellence- doing your job in excellent, Accountability- being accountable and respectable to peers, employees and employers this would feel in line with being a man of your word and accompanied by action there of and i would say commitment - commitment to your duty and profession, commitment shows maturity, desire, seriousness and willingness to keep on pressing for greater results. the man characteristic for anyone would to ultimately be a person of Character and to innovative on all fronts e.g professionally, personally
