Usually, companies with no offices find it difficult to gain credibility initially.
Since your question is of a generic nature - it doesn't say what products and services the compnay would offer - so Ill try to dwell on my answer in the same genric vein and style.
First of all, even before you start building the website, you should have absolute clarity about a few things.
You should know your capacity and ability to deliver, you should KNOW yoir target audiences and viewers, you should provide enough information on the services/products you offer, you should throw in a few credible expert names and linkages that define the scope of your services.
Don't forget that ypu are trying to create awareness about your compnay, you are trying to create demand sso your supply side should look equally capable performer to meet that demand............
