I am surprised to see ,all people are trying to very long time (Since3 to4 years) but still they are jobless,
and now i am confused what is the benefit of Modreator & Speciality rank, am i wasting my time on Bayt. :S

I want to thank you for your answers and participations.
Till now we have47 answers (1 in the comments) and only one of them is a real placement. Few professionals got calls from companies (around10 from47).
I used Bayt in when i was also searching for a job and didn't receive a single call. Now for almost5 months I'm applying daily for all the relevant jobs and same thing.
For one of the applications Rank is500 from1400 applicants for a position of internal audit manager!!!
For Internal Audit the most appropriate qualification is to have the Certified Internal Auditor Certificate.
Over the world we are170000 Certified, how many of them are in the GCC countries? How many are searching for a job?
To conclude Bayt can be a good website to share knowledge between professionals but no way a recruitment agency.
I think that they have to give us an explanation. The facts are there.
They must be more transparent at least regarding their way of ranking and the recruiting companies.
From tomorrow when they will return from the week end perhaps will see a lot of success stories :))).

I am residing in Saudi Arabia and using from the last11 years. I am also getting interview calls and job offers from bayt and the frequency of interview calls from Bayt.com is quite frequent like minimum4 to5 calls every month. Whereas revenue of bayt.com is concern, as far as I know they are getting paid by the employers to publish their vacancy on bayt plus there are many other sources of revenue like CV preparation, short courses, advertising and so no.
I am using specialty rank and I have five Diamond Ranks in Account, Finance, Financial reporting, ERP, and Budgeting I am not sure either these ranks really work or not, but I am sure about one thing which really matters on bayt.com this is your CV. You need to make your CV in a way that it speaks about you very clearly especially the selection of word is very much important. you know on bayt thousands of people are applying and the recruiter do not have time to go through all the CVs one by one so what they really do, they apply filter and most of the candidate get filtered only due to bad or traditional or typical CV writing.
When you explain about your experience or Job description in your CV you must use words which really explain your job and duties also try to add your achievements in instead of responsibilities because all the employers are much keen to know about your achievement rather than your responsibilities.

I have posted my cv in bayt in2010 or2011 but I did not get any calls so far. I am in Dubai today for the first time and after one day I decided to delete all my cvs in Bayt and Monster Gulf too... Germany is still the best place to work and even live! I am not sorry about those words.
BIG YESSSS !! and not only one time, too many times i received calls regarding jobs in Bayt.com, but maybe it depend on location and on the CV, because i was already on the UAE looking for a job.
