Absolutely YES. For example, if anyone does not know how to swim, he will get fear for swimming  into water. If we provide training and he performs into swiming. It will  increase his confidence.

Yes, I agree with this statement, Because if we get fear for one one small thing we cannot do any small work without fear. So my first enemy is fear.
