Discussing religion at work: good or bad?

Very bad idea indeed. Even if everyone in the office have the same religion, it's not logical to discuss it because some will be less and others more religious. So, they will engage to never ending discussions about the subject. 

Too bad idea, because all of them end with negative arguments and affect badly on the work path.

Also it fill the hearts with bad emotions towards each other.

I don't think that it's good for business at all. 

In many places of business it is considered inappropriate, or at best impolite to discuss politics and religion. In fact, many companies and organizations have explicit policies stating that one may not engage in political or religious conversation while “on the clock”.

We human beings can be very passionate about our beliefs, which we embody in our interactions with others in our daily lives. When focused on temporal or civic subject matter, our beliefs play themselves out in the political parties we join and the activities we participate in.

JUST FOR BETTER UNDER STANDING ,,,, ITS NOT BAD BUT GOING INTO ARGUMENTS WILL HURT THE SITUATION.

Sure It very Bad , It will create Many Problems and will keep always Misunderstanding between you and your Colleagues  , which will effect in the future on the work weather inside the business Area :)

Only work related discussions are acceptable. (during working hours)

at other time, it's ok to discuss anything.

I would say that If the management does not allow you to do so then there is no place to discuss. If it is allowed then only the basic motivational factors like grave and the day of judgement should be discussed rather than arguing a particular school of thought

Bad idea and even against the religion because we are not getting paid for discussing religion so it is dishonesty.

That is very bad idea.You must respect every religion but on work you must discuss other subject.
