KPI or Key Performance Indicator are all those crucial elements or indicator's which will make the store or an Outlet more visible & attractive & thus making an consumer/customer experience more enriching.
The indicator's could be several crucial elements such as:-
Proper display of Merchandise or products.
Inventory control
Service level to the customers (Service Indicator)
Length & breadth of Products (Based on Target CUstomers) to choose from.
Order & Delievery schedule (Time Managment) etc
By evaluating its effectivness in measuring the organizations' success factors derived from it's strategy.
It depends on the nature of STORE. Lets assume the finished good store.
1- Arrangement of goods as per defince category and index.
2- Acess to goods within short time.
3- Physical stock VS. system report shoud be same or within minimal difference.
