Has mentorship made a difference in your professional and personal life?

Mentorship to me was through my supervisior teaching me how to be Training Coordinator and Training Manager, since our line of work we have more than one group for training at our work, like Students from different majors in university so  in collages, as well as training new employees.

so, I learned everything through my mentor for everything I know of Training and Development.
