GCC countries planning to have unique customs rules by integrating country wise customs regulations. When can we expect to see this implementation?

GCC countries already have Excellent  roles for customs as exemption all goods I think if they planning for new instructions or rules it will process and make draft to decide it will be ok or not and execution as soon as possible
