What will you do if your supplier shipped excess item ? will you inform about the excess else you hide it ?

inform them (inform supplier) and return them if they are overstock of purchase order

Its INTEGRITY doing the right thing when no one is looking, so definitely I will inform the supplier and besides the person is working as I am and I know how it feels whenever you are short on inventory and it will be cut in your salary.
