i believe responsibility because if you are a responsible person then you appreciate a good working environment and hence you are loyal to it.
Loyalty is a human feature , Few have mostly not.

When you are loyal to something, you have to be resposible for reputation, growth, profit and else. Then, I think loyalty must move along with resposibility.

They both play a pivotal role in company's growth. Responsibility without Loyalty (and vice versa) won't do any good for any person or company. I beleive they both are equally important.
