Both are not easy, in already developed business one has to work hard to maintain long term relation/faith/trust by providing good quality parts on time at better prices, as the market is very competitive. Other people can get in easily if you take things lightly.
Regular growth is must for any business & for growth lot of efforts are required to develop new business.
it is not the question of easiness... many factors need to be considered in development... but if talking on same footing then to further devel an established business is bit easier...
Established busniess is already devolped we just need to increase our development & in new business we have to do the development sinece start.
