What is the most important thing when reading the CV of new Candidate???

Nice question, there are very limited times to get a cv on which we pay our attention,1.the first we see his name and picture,2.
qualification,3.experience, and very important his last company or a big company in his profile with his/her role there.

The experience of that candidate because after getting this information recruiter sets the level of his/her questions.
Second thing is his/her current role in his/her current organization.
This is to know and ask "What you do and how you do?".
