list down your strength, list down areas where you are weak, prioritize the week points in the order of importance (very criticial to low critical), pick each weak point and find out what is lacking and where exactly you are weak, then start working on that weak point by introducing different ways to overcome it.
For Example. lets assume you are weak in3 things,1, Cant speak in public.2. Weak in wriitng emails3. cant take quick judgement.
take the first one1. Cant speak in public, within this topic find out what is stoping you from speaking in public, for example, you fear large gathering, to overcome this, try attending small gatherings and start making friends and later start speaking in small groups, be the first initiator of talking, etc.
this way you will be able to speak without any fear in public.
