3) Cash Flow - Implementing the Kanban system, JIT concept in the organisation to reduce the inventory and increasing the cash flow to the organisation.

4) Delivery Issues - Continuously following with the supplier & transporter for the material to deliver on time to production or customer.

5) Quality - Communicating the customer feed back about the quality to supplier and the continuousl improving the quality of the products with price increase.

6)  New product development -  Introducing the high quality and low cost supplier to the organisation and their by increasing the profits.
