i aware of all common software being used in institution, but i want to learn some thing unique, i ensure you i can learn, i have nothing done a single course from any institute till now, i learn all my IT knowledge from internet, but still realized that i have learned a little, e.g a drop from the ocean , so please help me out to seek Thanks

Dear Khalid I don't know what is the domain you work on or the software you are already have a good control on.
but i advise you to choose the software which is related to your work fields, for example: if you are a business man you may have good control of databases, SQL, and reporting software.
in another word i advise you to choose one field and to learn every think about it , not to learn some think about each field.
