As a person who works in the publishing industry, I don't support free book downloads because it is theft. People might not know much about copyright and legal issues in the Middle East, but it is illegal to download and share pirated books. You are harming authors who have worked hard to write these books, finding free book downloads is not something I endorse and hope you won't as well. There are a few cases where some books are in the public domain, depending on the publishing law of each country.
Publishers will usually place a section of a book for you to read – approximately1-2 chapters. This is on Google books, iTunes, amazon and most of the popular book sellers. Or just take a look at it in the bookstores then buy it.
