Administration is superior to Management,

There are many ranges of differences but just to make it simple and clear, Administration may be a group of Director on owners/partners of an organization and they perform much of a Strategical and policy making role for their organization, and Management may be responsible for implementing these policies/srtategies through their efforts of directing the staff members.
