Is Corel Draw not an Useful Tool for graphics Designing ?

It is a useful tool. It depends what your market is. Corel Draw is a tool similar to Adobe Illustrator. both are vector tool and used regularly. Its the job you seek which tells you the tool required. 

But i m observing that i m not able to get a suitable job in the ability of specialty in Corel Draw .
