How is important getting TOEFL and english abilities in finding job ? specially in arab countries.

Getting English TOEFLisn't everything .It is only an asset.Actually , many other important certificates have appeared like TAL  which is Teaching Adolescent learners besides teaching young learners.But there must be a strong base to stand on before taking these certificates.
