Marketing people say sales are nothing ,its just by product of artistic work of marketing department. sales people say implementation is better ?

Sir According to my knowledge marketing is more cusomer centric. It starts from the very creation of the product its pricing and its placement and also good after sales service ( even support OOW products in support forums as24/7 phone support would be too expensive) to turn a customer info a promoter . And have a above50% NPS rating. This seems to be the target for every company now.

Marketing  : How we can sale (Imaginary).

Sales : We can sale everything (Practically).

Answer;

Nothing.

Accountants and Financiers will have nothing to do.

Advertisers and  Managers will be fantascizing about what if we do this or that!

Economist's work will all  be just theories.
