Do you think the physical meeting between community managers and clients improves the quality of work or is online interaction enough?

In person is always better, cause in today's world, sometime people get sick of online interaction, and they want some time off, while meeting with gracious and friendly people, the people who leave a good impact on them, and also give them an opportunity to learn more.
