while we talk about the healthcare positions.... yes there is a trend of hiring the team whether they are Admin Professionals or Doctors or paramedical... which basically works on the principle of team management and team is group of people which itself diversified in its nature ... every single is specialised in there respective filed and that serves the purpose of organization in terms of profitability. Hence company need not to catch hold every individual 

Currently there is a trend to hire managment with  Healthcare-focused MBA's or equivalent experience. As healthcare costs increase due to the heavy focus on testing medical equipment  (CT scans, MRIs) and new treatments that rely heavily on new technology that is expensive due to its recent availability in the market (for example hip replacements, new cancer treatments, etc.), the main focus of senior management in hospitals is to bring on the team people who can maintain profitability for the entity, while offering to the patients the best treatments with the latest technologies.
