How can import still images in sketchup and autocad?

Drag and Drop

You can drag drop, you can attach by using XRef command, you can insert raster image using Insert (menubar)-> Raster Image.

But I suggest you to Copy picture and Paste it to AutoCAD workspace using Ctrl+V (that will be OLE). so you are never going to miss this file.

You may simply drag and drop them.
