The youth got so many dreams to be achieved. Are they have to keep dreaming or the old must direct them to the right way or what they should do?

They should enter the reality of life and try to mix thrier dreams with the real life and make their adjustment betwwen what is ideal and what is real.  Meanwhile, the elder should guide them to show them how to start.
