Do you think paper recycle is a good business in GCC ?

Recycling paper is good in GCC because the waste paper are of good quality and it can be converted into paper. 

Recycling paper conserves natural resources, saves energy, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and keeps landfill space free for other types of trash that can't be recycled

Recycling of paper is having lot of advantages ,By recycling we can make the duplex board,Craft paper & Even no harm to environmental as the chemicals area basic in nature & maintained PH.Hence Method of recycling is a good process & business.

How paper is recycled

1.      Paper is taken from the container and deposited in a large recycling container along with paper from other recycling bins.

2.      The paper is taken to a recycling plant where it is separated into types and grades.

3.      The separated paper is then washed with soapy water to remove inks, plastic film, staples and glue. The paper is put into a large holder where it is mixed with water to create ‘slurry’.

4.      By adding different materials to the slurry, different paper products can be created, such as cardboard, newsprints or office paper.

5.      The slurry is spread using large rollers into large thin sheets.

6.      The paper is left to dry, and then it is rolled up ready to be cut and sent back to the shops. It can use the paper recycled for a lot of things such as )Envelope,  tissues paper, cardboard(

I do not GCC

But I know recycling paper is a GREAT Business

Before using recycled paper, you have to implement other measures.First, need do better manage of the paper,look to cut spending (for exemple: printing all sides).Then use recycled paper, because if we use directly, you lose money.

Yeah it is, because we can save our environment with pollution by reducing the use of papers & polythene bags as well.

Well, I think in terms of Environment paper recycle is very good thing to do as it saves world forest and tree plantations. But in terms of Business I think the challenge would be marketing of your recycled product as rich people of GCC will not find it attractive to use recycled, smelly, full of chemical paper for writting, printing or even toilet. This will give you very limited choices for packaging material use which is dependant of others. E.g in egypt recycled paper is very good business and end product is welcomed to paper box prodction and egg trays.

My opinion is to think about waste paper as soil additive (it is already wanted in some GCC countries specially Qatar, also you can exprot it to Egypt or use it as biofuel)
