How do you manage fluctuating currencies related to costing inventory that are fast moving & at what value will you assign to non-moving inventory ?

thats all dependent on company policy, normally for fast moving its last invoice price like in the case of fuel....for non-moving its fair market value with price diff charged directly to profit & loss
