Or do you believe consistency is essential in managing ?If you are positive one day and down the next , subordinates will not know how to react. Respect will disappear.
I beleive that consistency is essential for success. That is not to negate the necessity of continuous impprovement but that, in my opinion, does not lead to inconsistency.
