How do you make parents help their children with their homework?

Most important of all, ask the parents to make sure that their children actually DO their homework!

Guide them to complete their Homeworks by themselves within the time frame and supervise.

it is recommended that they just guide them but not give clear answers otherwise they would harm not benefit them.
