What are your favorite written English-language books?

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte,2.
The lord of the rings trilogy by J.R.R Tolken,3.Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin,4.The murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie,5.
The tenant of Wildfell hall by Ann Bronte.

The first two that come to mind are Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell and To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
They're both amazing.
