Marketing mix would contain all the activates that lead to a sale .

·         Would include advertising –the media could vary from radio to the internet depending on the target audience

·         Would include channel partners – or dealerships , how to motivate them to maximize sales.

·         A sale force to cater to the dealership machinery

·         Should also include a good customer service to retain the existing customers. Also a survey mechanism to understand the customer reaction to the product or service offered by the company and to take remedial measures before they hit the social media and voice their opinion against the company.

The marketing mix is often synonymous with the four Ps: price, product, promotion, and place; in service marketing, however, the four Ps have been expanded to the Seven Ps or eight Ps to address the different nature of services. In recent times, the concept of four Cs has been introduced as a more customer-driven replacement of four Ps. And there are two four Cs theories today. One is Lauterborn's four Cs (consumer, cost, communication, convenience), another is Shimizu's four Cs (commodity, cost, communication, channel).
