How did you overcome or manage difficult challenges at other jobs?

I looked to my superiors for help because every organization has its own practises and operational flows. So i find it best to have a chat with my colleagues before acting out on anything.

Whenever facing challenges, I reassured my self that i can endure and overcome those obstacles because self-confidence is the key to overcoming difficult challenges.
