Which management style is best? and Why?

Professional style is the best because it is they best way to deal with the staff and customer.

Based on the organizationand its culture, managers need to regulate their management style but do consider the following factors;

1 - Need not to be too personal or get away from team.

2 - Try to have once a week lunch with them at office or outside depends on all.

3 - Try not to be a micro manager, assign them tasks, allot resources and time frame to complete the task.

4 - Support them in their professioanl grooming and managing personal work also but team must respect organization desicipline too.
