How can job insecurity be addressed?

I see that job unsecurity can happen for too many reasons, some of them are related to the employee, some related to the employer, and other related to the exteranl causes.

Addressing it deppends on its source. I suggest that you start by defning its root cause and decide if it is within your circle of influence. If it is, plan how to address it and proceed accordingly.

If the root cause is not within your circle of influence, start looking for another job and move on when you can.
