What percentage of Gulf based companies looking for Cloud option and moving their infrastructure to cloud?

I saw that many companies either require or mention Cloud, in their job post.

unfortantly i've killed this spject before Searching for any statistics or forecasts, and there is no Official numbers at all for this subject in the Middleeast region.

but based on my experience we can say that10 -30 % of SMB Market is looking for this and70 -80 of Enterprise, Banking and Government sector is looking for Cloud Transitioning.
