Lead the team with motivation, care and exercising the tact to utilize the performance of staff to its maximum extent out of assigned responsibilities.

the key is to know avery one of the employee,to not be friends but to understand all they acts and reactions and how they think,and especialy respect them and communicate with.

to give the impression to the staff,that they must work not cause there is a supervisor and a director and not cause they r abligend to follow orders,,noooo,they must feel in theire own project,must work hard cause they will win,they will progress...

i analyse a succesful manager the one who everyone speak well and good about him,the one who show himself avery day,cause he is proud dont hide and find excuse to not have a conversation.
