How can we help as Engineers to improve the construction market in Egypt so as to gain more jobs and improve our salaries ?

I have no Idea about Egypt.

Focus on existing construction projects so as to expedite and in time delivery.

Second, our construction companies should hire the manpower with the abilities of projects core values, honesty, integrity, hardwork and rspect.

Third, the government should convince and motivate the investors for getting interest in investing more for development of egypt. So that an excellent envoirornment will alomost be needed.
