We have hired no one as linked in again asks to upgrade to premium account so we use basic account for networking only 

I have been hired through linkedin.

I did few hiring’s via LinkedIn.com, I didn’t possess any premium account but yes effectively doing networking and post update through which many candidates approach me and vice versa.
