Depending upon the nature of the industry there can be more other ways. i gave much for improment and and also work with them for showing them better experiance of work 

Take advise from search engine and improve your knowledge in Excel

QuickBooks is a software used for accounting where you can manage your entire financial information in it, and you can simply generate any report you need "Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance....etc" with a simple click,

it doesn't need alot of training and you don't need to use any codes in it "its simple and not complicated".. for any queries please feel free to ask. :)

Are you aware of Debit Credit and basic principals of accounting?

If yes then just use them, do mistakes. You will learn them. If you are unaware of above mentioned then you need a training for each rather than demo.
