Is redundancy an issue to end your contract with the company taking for granted that you haven't yet completed the duration of your contract?

No, i think that is not a reason to end contract, because some companies have more empolyees waiting projects to start or for any other reason.

I work with company in KSA , it has more employees without enough work for staff.
