Why do you always tend to stay late at work?

Usually, to get more work done.

The buzz of the day settles down, people too.. or, they leave. my focus goes up and pulls up my energy with it, I become much more effective with my tasks in the last hour.

if yes then every time have any excuse becuse they have no worker 

Hi motivation to work strong to achieve what we like either upgrade or pay higher ....

My responsibilty is to generate sales for my organization by selling online space and content integration plan to the client. To get the job done i have to do client and agency meeting on almost daily basis so hardly find time to do paper work like making proposal, presentation etc during day time and i believe in the ideology of completing the work on the same day as i don't want to take work tension back to home. So, i prefer to be in the office till i get over with all the work i prioririze for the day and because of which some time i get late but not regular.
