What is your criteria while selecting a teacher for a school or College?

I will select a teacher according to his/her knowledge in subject communication skill and his passion for innovation in Education.

I will select a teacher according to his/her knowledge and skills,his/her way of communication.

When I am selecting a teacher, I am looking at their knowledge and skills regarding student engagement,learning and development.  I am considering their philosophy and overall mindset and approach towards students, parents and our community stakeholders.  This candidate should understand the value in developing the "whole child" and the vitality in building meaningful relationships with our students and school stakeholders.  I am also looking for someone that is a reflective practitioner and demonstrates a growthmindset and ability to be coached.  The most important factor that someone can demonstrate is their heart for children and a "whatever it takes" mindset towards student achievement and overall well-being.
