In piping what should be the role of QC Inspector?

piping inspection means checking pip line with rules and specification( according to P & ID drawing )all item included and completed100 % proper line to plan

Qc inspector should have knowledge of pipe material, pipe schedule, chemical composition of pipe material, electrode types,DNT and other quality producers. 

Roles:

Prepration of welding procedure. 

Welder qualification test.
