What are the key challenges that the IT Support team is currently focusing on solving?

I am an IT Support and Network professional with hands-on experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, and ERP/Database support. My background includes internships and IT Support Officer roles in Pakistan (Atlas Honda Ltd. and Tara Group), where I gained expertise in managing Windows environments, Cisco Packet Tracer simulations, SAP basic module setup, and Wireshark for network analysis.

I have also worked on academic and professional projects, such as Secure Healthcare Information Network System Design, implementing VoIP, VLANs, OSPF, HSRP, ACLs, Firewalls, and ERP integration. Alongside, I am pursuing CCNA certification to further strengthen my networking expertise.

I am highly motivated to join an international organization where I can apply my technical skills, contribute to IT infrastructure reliability, and grow professionally in the banking/financial sector.
