If you have several diplomes and you do your best to find a good job , and you dont find it ,, what will be your reaction?

I will continue tolook for work without despair

Don't react in such situations.  Instead, be strong and keep trying till you succeed.  If you lose hope, you will lose your life, since you will get depressed and will end being a bad state.

No one has won succeeded in life the easy way, but through sheer hardwork without losing patience, hope and belief in God.

I guess its now a common problem people have become overeducated and then companies dont find suitable position for candidates as PHD, Post Graduation , Double specialization has become a rage in all. But then they face dissappointment when they dont find jobs. I guess everyone needs to start somewhere and everyone should keep trying.

When I started my career i made some hasty decisions and joined a company and in4 months I planned to leave it then I took time to find a right company , many companies I failed , I gave25 interviews where everybody gives up , I also was on verge to give up but then i continued and cracked26th Interview so if you dont try  you wont achieve it , keep pushing thats the mantra.

Mr. Jamal we must realize this fact that is we over qualified? It has been practice that candidates used to add on their qualification without utilizing it and the certification or diplomas they have are not required by corporate sector which decrease their chances of employability and on the other side its creates a bit frustration among them for not picking by organization.

The candidates must acquired Bachelors/Masters degree at first and then gain some corporate experience and considering their work and some new development opt for some professional courses and in this way they’ll have better career moves.

So do study but study which is related to your profile and experience.  

I will frustrated but try to motivate myself. .. and look for a good job. It's my experience when we can not find any thing, God give us better instead of that thing. Life is the name of struggle.

I know very well this psychology . It's a huge investment ( having gone to very expensive prestige schools since little childhood , being trilingual , having completed3 universities , obtaining MBA degrees , having considerable experience ....etc ) . Overqualified people should know very well their worth in business and keep searching an international company in which they can use their knowledge and skills .
