If your boss assign you a task and gives you a deadline. You are pretty sure that you can not do that task within that time line. What should you do?

Do it first if you are not able to finish ask for extension of time with reason 

 

• Making Focus and giving attention on m work and i try  to do property. I case if out of time try to able a good reason becouse of the reason why am not finished up😄

I CAN ASK MY BOSS TO WORK OVERTIME IN ORDER FOR ME TO FINISH THE TASK IN TIME

I rearrange my schedule and give priority to the task given by my supervisor to bit the deadline

Upon receiving the task and deadline, i will assess the feasibility of completing it within the allotted time. If i discover that it’s not possible, i will promptly communicate my concerns to my boss. I will Clearly explain the reasons and provide supporting evidence, if possible . I will Offer alternative timelines or solutions that are realistic and align with the workload and capabilities. However i will Engage in a collaborative discussion to find a mutually acceptable solution. And acknowledging my commitment to deliver quality work.

It's better to address the issue upfront rather than risk missing the deadline or delivering subpar work.

Break down the small important part.or extent or renegotiate about a new deadline. 

I will communicate my boss with politely and Explain logically the reason about the given timeline that why you believe it might be difficult to complete the task within given timeframe, and If possible, offer potential alternatives.

give your word to your boss with honesty,if you are sure for that given deadline.and should apply to your self the time management.so you commit what your boss expectation.

i would plan out properly, use fish bone theory to estimate the time for each breakdown task. this will let the boss aware and take a quick decision. taking corner will only end up unsatisfactory outcome.
