Do you agree that military strategies are close in strategy formulation and implementation to marketing/sales strategies.,if yes why?if not why?

Miltary stratgies are made with a goal of execution and it will be executed no matter what . Thats why strategy made every mission planning is very effective and if we implement same strategies which has no gaps as they do every gap analysis before launching any mission ....any sales and marketing organisation can get same results that above expectation because military missions make sure there is minimum damage and maximum damage to target so it a win win formula for sure
